Terms for using the BytecodeHS public website and sending an enquiry.

Scope
These terms apply to bytecodehs.net, including its /security/ section, and general enquiries. Security research and custom web, mobile, and API development are governed by the applicable signed client agreement and authorized project scope. If a signed agreement conflicts with these website terms, that agreement controls the engagement.
Using this site or contacting us does not by itself create a client relationship, a security-testing authorization, or a commitment to provide services.
Projects and proposals
Descriptions on the public website are general information. A project's quotation, timetable, deliverables, fees, support, and changes to scope are governed by its signed client agreement.
Authorized security work
BytecodeHS performs security research only within the permissions and scope agreed with the system owner or other authorized party. The website is not an invitation to test BytecodeHS or a client's systems. Reports and technical details are handled according to the relevant agreement and disclosure permissions.
Materials and ownership
You should provide only material you are entitled to share. Client-provided information remains subject to the signed client agreement and applicable law. Ownership and licensing of custom software, research outputs, and deliverables are determined by that agreement.
Use of the website
Do not use the site or form to distribute malware, send spam, interfere with availability, or submit another person's confidential information without authority. Do not include passwords, payment-card information, or unpublished exploit details in the public form.
Availability and responsibility
We may change or suspend the public website for maintenance or security reasons. Website descriptions may change. Warranties, remedies, and liability for paid services are governed by the signed client agreement and applicable law.
Changes and contact
We may update these website terms and will show the new date here. Changes to an existing signed engagement require the process stated in that agreement. Questions can be sent to sales@bytecodehs.net.
